Bangkok court ruled on a parking violation case

The Bangkok court ruled on a case involving a local resident who violated parking rules near a bus stop. The incident occurred in one of Bangkok's districts where a local man, known as "the troublemaker" (name unknown), was arrested by the police for parking his car at the bus stop and starting a fight with the officers. According to sources, the man not only violated parking regulations but also swore and called the police to the scene. During the conflict, he even offered to challenge the police to a fight. The police were forced to detain him for further investigation. As a result, the court sentenced the local resident to five months in prison with suspended sentence and a fine of 12,000 baht. The judge also noted that the man must sign an undertaking not to leave the country during the period of suspended sentence. "We cannot allow people to ignore parking rules and threaten police officers."
